The cockle has always been one of the star products that characterise our bars. They are purchased directly from the Galician fish markets every year when they are in season and especially packed for Santa Bárbara.
The Huelva white prawn is our star product. It is our most popular shellfish. Their distinct colour, aroma and taste and the tenderness of their flesh does not go unnoticed by anyone. They can be enjoyed throughout the year because they are not a seasonal product. These prawns, as well as the rest of our fresh shellfish, are delivered direct to our establishments on a daily basis.
Furthermore, you can enjoy an extensive offer of other culinary products: ranging from a cocido completo (traditional dish in Madrid) to stave off the winter cold, right through to one of our specialities, the Santa Bárbara potatoes, or the delicious Santa Bárbara eggs, the delightful baby cuttlefish or a brochette.
